Accutane dosage increase new purging cycle?

Hi I have been on Accutane for 6 months now. The first 4 months I was on 10mg/per day. I did purge a little on the 1st month but it stopped. The 5th and 6th month I am on 10mg/per day except for Monday and Thursday I am on 20mg. So total of 90mg/week. I start noticing new 2 acne spot on my 6th months now. Am I purging? Should I lower back to just 10mg/day total of 70mg/week instead of 90mg/week?
