6 days post op, are my implants too low? (photo)

I apologize, but your attached photograph does not appear here on RealSelf. However, I did read your comments and would say the following to most any breast augmentation patient who is only six (6) days' postop:
Please - BE PATIENT! Everyone's anatomy is unique, and that principle applies to the extent in which your breast implants "drop" or "settle." Be very careful trying to compare your results -- with your anatomy, with your particular breast implants (silicone gel vs saline; smooth vs textured; round vs shaped), with your particular breast implant position (above vs below the muscle; placement through a breast fold incision vs through the areola vs through the armpit, or transaxillary) -- to others who have very different situations.
Have some faith in your surgeon and, assuming you received clear postop instructions, continue with the postoperative bra wear that was prescribed to help support your newly augmented breasts.
I see that I am replying to a post from a few years back, but I hope this advice is helpful to others out there that might be having anxiety or freaking out about their results so soon postoperatively. In plastic surgery, things heal in four dimensions, and folks often forget arguably the most important dimension of them all: TIME. Give it time and let yourself heal!
