I'm not sure if this is normal. This is my first time getting a crown. it's been four days and my gum is still painful. I looked at it with a dental mirror, and just underneath the Cement, my gum is really red. It hurts even worse when I brush it and it bleeds. So i'm wondering if this will go away or because of my gingivitis it's making it worse then it should be?

You might want to see your dentist to recheck your crown and gums. It sounds like your crown might be putting too much pressure on your gums. Good luck.
Porcelain crowns or teeth can crack due to excessive forces of your bite (occlusion) . That can be due to para functional habits such as grinding, clenching, crown being too high, chewing on hard food, trauma and many other factors.....
I am sorry to hear that your tooth was cracked and needed...
