I Have These Dark Lines on the Sides of my Abdomen. How Do I Get Rid of Them? (photo)

I was overweight and had love handles. The skin became stretched out with the fat and because it's been that way for so long, now the lines are embedded in my skin. I lost 90 lbs. Recently I had lipo on my abdomen to get rid of the excess skin but the dark lines are still there. How do I get rid of them? They are very annoying. Pictures below! By the way that very dark spot that's in the middle of the line is from where the cannula was inserted from my liposuction surgery.
