Started finasteride 10 days ago, noticing white bulbs at the ends of hair that is falling out. Is this a good sign?

Hello, I’m 23yo and I started finasteride 10 days ago. I have slightly receded on my hairline but I believe I started finasteride at a great time in my life anyways I noticing thin hairs that are so tiny with white bulbs at the end of them when they shed. Any signs of this being good? What is it?

Tough to tell right now. Sometimes a traumatic event causes shock loss on an area. It can take up to a year to grow back. If not hairs can be individually put in the area or SMP can be done to make it unnoticeable.
