Should I stop taking my MIC /MCB B-12 and GAC injections before my abdominalplasty surgery?

You should
discuss what medications, supplements, and vitamins you are taking, both
prescription and over the counter, with your plastic surgeon and have him or
her decide what you should and should not be taking. Your surgeon should be
certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and ideally a member of the
American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). It is important to
follow all pre and post-operative instructions.

At your  consultation with your plastic surgeon, it is very important to divuldge all medications you are taking.  This should include both prescription and over the counter medication.  Some medications need to be stopped a couple of weeks before surgery to prevent excess bleeding. Other medications need to be continued up to the time of surgery.  Only your surgeon can determine what should be done.  Since your surgery is only 2 weeks away, I would recommend you call his office and tell them all medicines you are taking including over the counter and herbal medications also.

This is a better question for the plastic surgeon that will be performing your surgery. There are many medications, herbals, infusions that can cause bleeding or interact with medications that may be given during and after surgery. Best to discuss with the person that will be managing that.
