Hello there, In my personal experience with microneedling, I can tell you that it should. It is not unusual for treatments like this to cause some acne flare-ups temporarily. In my experience, after several treatments the breakouts ceased to occur. I think some of this is due to a purging affect that occurs initially. Good luck to you.-Sarah RN BSN

Thanks for your question. I'm sorry this happened to you. While we offer microneedling, we rarely recommend it. Like you have experienced, microneedling results CAN be unpredictable. All of our other treatment options have very predictable results. Best of luck.
Hello, Microneedling is a fantastic procedure for general skin complexion, acne scars, fine lines and wrinkles. However because microneedling takes off the top layer of skin in the process, it will take your tan with it. Thanks, Eric Salata
