I'm very healthy. I've spoke with my primary doctor that treats me for Myasthenia Gravis. She told me by my MG being well controlled I'm able to undergo this procedure as long as my surgeon and the anesthesiologist knows that Myasthenia gravis causes muscle weakness and fatigue. It is important that the anesthesia providers take this into account. Are there any doctors that specialize in Brazilian butt lift procedures (because I only want this done once) that's willing to do this procedure?

You should wait at least 2 weeks before sitting without a support cushion and sleeping on your back. Sitting with no support too soon can harm the newly moved fat cells.

Every PS will have different post-operative instructions; you need to follow whatever your doctor recommends.   My patient coordinator recommends a plastic inflatable with a hole in it (called a lilo), where instead of your tummy, you place your butt, so you can sleep on your back with pillow...

Thank you for your question. Don't worry that fat cells are dying because of this as there is no real reason for this to happen. The pressure caused should not sufficient to affect viability of the fat cells.
