I had upper jaw surgery 1 year ago to fix an underbite, however my results were not what I expected after the surgery I found that now I had an overbite and gummy smile making my upper lip not cover my top teeth and sometimes when I eat my utensils clash with my teeth and I have trouble saying words with t, th and d. I no longer have the insurance that paid for the first surgery so another one is not a possibility, is there anything that can be done?
