Hi, I have had traction alopecia for years now. My hair line grows out slightly then seems to break off in an instant if I sleep the wrong way or have product build up. I was prescribed 2.5% hydrocortisone ointment which seems to be helping but I still have a few smooth spots that are not producing hair. Will a derma roller help kick up my hair growth or do I need to opt for a transplant?
