Blood clots in butt after injections. What can I do?

Hello, i have been getting butt injections for a year now, havent had any issues till i started noticing blood formations in my butt. How best to get this removed? I read they have Lovenox injections for blood clots. is this something i can do or is liposuction the only way to remove it?
