I had a lipo 360 almost 4 weeks ago and a BBL. 660cc of fat were transferred to my but and 250cc to my hips. The fat in my but has reduced dramatically. I haven’t sit down on my but and been sleeping in my stomach since day 1 after surgery. I know doctor told me only 60% of fat might survive and after swelling goes down will be a decrease of 20% of what I looked right after surgery. Will fat reduce more? I’m afraid I’ll be left with the same results as before surgery. I’m almost the same as before.

Yes you are very early in the healing process. It takes several months for settling and shape to take form. The flatness should go away.Close follow up with your plastic surgeon is recommended.
Thank you for your question. It is most important for you to follow up with either your plastic surgeon or a colleague if you are traveling out of state to have your surgery. The PCP won't be able to help you especially if you develop a problem.
