BBL results change dramatically after almost 4weeks post op. (photos)

Question

I had a lipo 360 almost 4 weeks ago and a BBL. 660cc of fat were transferred to my but and 250cc to my hips. The fat in my but has reduced dramatically. I haven’t sit down on my but and been sleeping in my stomach since day 1 after surgery. I know doctor told me only 60% of fat might survive and after swelling goes down will be a decrease of 20% of what I looked right after surgery. Will fat reduce more? I’m afraid I’ll be left with the same results as before surgery. I’m almost the same as before.

Hello dear!!
Thanks for the question and provided information as well. You are still early on the healing process, it can take up to 6 months to see your final results, so I recommend to be patient. 
I recommend my patients to use the compression garment 24/7 for the first 3 months, and after that, for 12 hours a day for 3 more months to get the best results. 
If you have any concerns, i suggest you to follow up close with your plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your photos and question. Your final results will be visible once all the swelling is gone from the areas that have been liposuctioned. For now, the name of the game is compression, compression, compression! Wear your garment at all times, and make sure to graduate to tighter garmets or a vest style corset.
