20 lb weight loss - I need help with my neck lines and chin (photos)

Question

I am 30 years old and lost about 20 pounds in the last year. I have always had very deep neck lines and with my fluctuating weight the lines have gotten deeper. I am getting cool mini under my chin to get rid of the small pocket of fat that’s under my chin and I’m wondering if I should consider TRIBELLA, PRP or Botox/ fillers to get rid of these lines that are very annoying to look at. My consultation yesterday said that I should get tribella in PRP after cool mini. Please help
