Hello, I made a post previously about hair transplant scarring in the recipient area but the photo did not go through. I though SMP would cover it up, but unfortunately this was not the case, so now I have no choice but to let it grow out. What are my options to fix the scarring?

Completely eliminating existing scars is a very difficult process. You need to perform laser hair removal on the existing hairs, and then correct the remaining scars with fractional laser. However, even after these procedures, you may not be happy, as not all scars will be corrected. You might want SMOPE now, but you could change your mind in 10 years, so I recommend you think carefully before making your decisions.
