What is the dark spot on my porcelain veneer? Can it be fixed? (Photo)

Small dark spot showed up on porcelain veneer that wasn’t there originally. Brushing doesn’t fix it. What could it be?

There are three possibilities.
1. If on the outer surface of the veneer - can remove and fill it with dental composite.
2. Deep in the veneer - need to check how deep and based on that planning.
3. If the spot is not part of the veneer and it's in the bonding cement - Veneer replacement.
