Most plastic surgeons would suggest targeted VASER liposuction to the anterior armpit. The VASER would heat the skin, allowing the armpit skin to redrape. Another alternative would be a vertical torsoplaty or thoracoplasty. During a vertical torsoplaty or thoracoplasty, an incision is made from the armpit down the side of the chest. An elliptical area of excess skin and fat is removed in a vertical dimension. This surgery would tighten and remove the armpit skin fold you depict in your submitted pictures. Most plastic surgeons would not suggest removing the Galaflex. Without the Galaflex, your breast would lose their support and you would lose your breast lift.
