Am I able to dissolve Restylane skin booster that was placed 6 months ago and causing a bloated face appearance?

In chronic issues, it is important to gradually break up and dissolve filler so there is no further migration of loose filler substrate. Conservative staged dilution may also help avoid volume loss. If the filler is not dissolving, we may consider stronger concentrations or surgery.

Restylane is a hyaluronic acid that can be dissolved with Hyaluronidase. It doesn't matter how long the filler has been there, if it is still there, then it can be dissolved. I would consult with your provider to see it there is still a lot of filler there or if it is starting to dissolve on its own (which it will over time).
