I had a lip lift 2 months ago. The swelling got better but then after 5 weeks (as there were some minor issues with some of the internal sutures poking out and pimples on the incision line, I assume the scar/ incision is "working") the swelling in the nose tip worsens again in the evening, feels soft and "soaked" with water like a sponge. My surgeon says everything is fine and does not know what it is. As I had hyaluronic acid in my nose and tip 2 years ago, I want to dissolve it. Is this safe?

The swelling caused by filler in this area may not completely resolve after dissolving the filler away. If it does not, other treatments like radio frequency and/or laser may help improve the molar edema.
It is most likely some filler that is left. It may just need further dissolving. Do visit a trusted practitioner in your area to have it checked completely.
