I’ve now received 2 sessions of Sculptra in my lower f to improve the jowls and folds around my lower face I’m nworried it will make the jowls worse since it seems to be just about adding volume and I am nervous of an already square/round face I want my past heart shape

Here are some rules; Whatever is done for filling the upper face helps to lift the lower face. Whatever is done to improve the volume and lift to the rear of the face improves the front of the face. 
So, you are quite correct in your concern that adding volume to the lower face can worsen the jowls and folds already there. 
Unfortunately, a full front face photo would have been very helpful. But, even from the one profile view provided, for starters, it would appear that the use of a robust HA volumizing filler for the cheeks would secondarily improve the lower face. Likewise, a robust HA filler for posterior mandibular angle region would likely help to better define and tighten the jawline.
You would be wise to make sure to consult with an experienced, board certified cosmetic dermatology filler expert. Hope this helps and best of luck.

Hello; Sculptura; by increasing collagen production under the skin; it is produced for providing both tightening and some volume raise; it is an injection product; which is based on Polylactic Acid (PLA). With PLA injection; on your face, you can expect for tightening; but, this tightening; will be in the subcutaneous tissues. The jowl on the lower face; that you are complaining about; it is not related with skin loosening. The reason for this is; related with the loosening of the retaining ligaments; adhering from the bone to the subcutaneous tissue and the subcutaneous fat tissue that; these ligaments normally block; starting to herniate. Therefore, by PLA injection; recovery of this area; it is not possible. If you miss for the former triangular shape of your face; to you; I recommend for Face Lift Surgery.

Based on your one posted, Highview, which is limited and the use of capital SCUPLTRA injections is the opposite of what I would recommend. I would recommend a mini face neck Lyft with muscle placation to obtain a lift and smoothing effect of the mid face area neck. Expect fees to range from $8000-$12,000. Best virtual consult with. Please stop the sculpture. It is not the right option.
