Here are some rules; Whatever is done for filling the upper face helps to lift the lower face. Whatever is done to improve the volume and lift to the rear of the face improves the front of the face.

With PLA injection; on your face, you can expect for tightening; but, this tightening; will be in the subcutaneous tissues. The jowl on the lower face; that you are complaining about; it is not related with skin loosening. The reason for this is; related with the loosening of the retaining ligaments; adhering from the bone to the subcutaneous tissue and the subcutaneous fat tissue that; these ligaments normally block; starting to herniate.
