I have malar lines from the inner corner of my eye to my cheek. Many people have said not to get HA filler as it will hold onto water and make the mound worse. I was looking into sculptra as an alternative but I am finding little information on if it holds onto water the same. Dr's have been saying that malar edema is hard to fix and I don't want to end up with something worse. Please let me know if sculptra is a good solution or if there is something better.
