Cryolipolysis and Emsculpt Neo - how long should I wait between these procedures?

It’s generally recommended to wait at least 2 to 4 weeks after completing your final Emsculpt Neo session before starting fat freezing (cryolipolysis) on the same area. Emsculpt Neo combines muscle stimulation with radiofrequency, which temporarily inflames and heats tissue to break down fat and build muscle. Your body needs time to fully respond to and recover from this process before introducing the cold-induced fat cell apoptosis (cell death) caused by fat freezing.

Starting fat freezing too soon could interfere with your body’s natural inflammatory and metabolic responses to Emsculpt Neo, potentially diminishing results or increasing risk of side effects like prolonged soreness or swelling. Giving your body a short recovery window ensures you get the most benefit from both treatments.
