I have a good body but some belly fat that is impossible to get rid of. 50 yr old male. If i want to get rid of it i have to loose so much weight that i look too skinny and unhealthy.

Cryolipolysis can be used to target areas of unwanted fat.  It could possibly be used to remove a small amount of fat in the abdomen.  An examination of you would ultimately be needed to determine if you might be a good candidate for the procedure.
