So I was an idiot and wore my 4th (and second to last) invisalign tray for WAY too long. I wore it for months basically because I went through a stressful time; I always made sure to brush everything and floss after every meal. Some days I would definitely have the invisalign out for too long though. I finally put in a new aligner (and final aligner) and when I took it out to eat, a sliver of the back of my tooth came off. What should I do until Monday when I can contact my dentist/orthodontist??
