I have a crooked mouth/lower face. What procedure would give me symmetry + make my upper teeth show? (Photo)

All of these pictures are snapshots of how I look when I talk. My mouth is very awkward. I can't smile correctly. My top teeth don't show at all, and I just looked very awkward when I talk. I don't want to waste my money on anything that's not going to fix the root of the issue I have to use my resting face to look normal. What procedure would give my smile and face symmetry and show my upper teeth as well?

You may be a candidate for a lip lift. A lip lift does 4 things: shortens the distance between your nose and upper lip, increases the mucosa of the upper lip, increases the incisor show and pulls up the corners. Best Wishes, Gary Horndeski, M.D.
