Septoplasty 12 day ago. They removed cartilage and a bone spur, still got pain around eye area and pressure in nostril and ear.

After a septoplasty, the lining of the nose will swell.  This swelling can impair airflow and can also impede sinus drainage as well as promote eustachian tube dysfunction.  As the swelling dissipates, sinus outflow should improve which should relieve pressure along the eyes if it is indeed related to sinus issues.  Patients may benefit from the use of nasal saline early on to promote improvement here.
