I had 8 Emax crowns fitted in September and I'm thinking of changing them. I'm worried I may end up having a root canal. Advice?

Hi I have had 8 Emax crowns fitted in September and I am thinking of changing them. They are currently a bl3 shade and I am looking to go whiter as they do not seem white to me. I have emailed the dental centre in turkey and they are telling me I can have them changed and that it is easy to do this procedure however I am worried I may end up having a root canal as they have to cut the crowns out and it could effect the nerve in my teeth. Would you recommend changing the crowns?
