I want a slimmer and more thinner face. I seen this video on YouTube where this girl was awake while she was getting her buccal fat removed in her cheeks. I definetly want to have a more sharper and attractive face. I also want to be awake while they do this? Will they be using local anesthesia by the way ?

In muy practice I routinely perform buccal fat removal wide awake with local anesthesia without sedation,. In the link bellow you could se a youtube video that shows the entire process from beginning to end (wide awake). The procedure is painless and results start being seeing after 3 weeks.

Thanks for asking. I routinely perform Buccal fat pad reduction with or without Neck Lipo all the time under local anesthesia (lidocaine) and oral sedation (valium). Either procedure can also be performed without oral sedation. I have performed thousands of larger procedures such as Facelifts with Neck Lipo under local anesthesia and oral valium and patients are very comfortable, recover more easily, and also costs less. Buccal fat pad reduction is effective in the properly selected patient.  Consult with several surgeons experienced with buccal fat pad reduction under local anesthesia.

The buccal fat pads can be removed through the mouth under local anesthesia. This is extremely well tolerated. Liposuction under the chin can also be done under local anesthesia. Best of luck from Manhattan.
