Removal should only cost few hundreds to a thousand depending on who you see.  One thing to know about cysts removal, is that they easily scar if not surgically removed and sutured appropriately.  Post-operative wound care is extremely important as well as the type of suturing.  Please see someone with experience and a good reputation. In general, a consultation costs approximately $125 and cyst removal from the face in my practice can range from $500-$1750. Please seek out a board certified, fellowship trained Oculofacial Plastic Surgeon or other doctor with extensive expertise in cosmetic cyst removal. I have had patients travel from around the country (USA) to have me treat them for this kind of challenging removal - especially after they were turned away by dermatologists, general plastic surgeons, and family doctors. I have removed thousands of moles from around people's faces throughout my career and each presents its own challenges.

The cost depends on what needs to be done and what type of anesthesia is needed. In the Boston area, the range for the cost of a cyst removal is between $500-1200.
