The key is finding someone who will set back the brow bone with plates and screws and not just burr down the bone which can leave that area dangerously thin. You are absolutely correct to worry about feminization. Your brow "prominence" is completely normal. The brow reduction surgery is not as simple as just shaving down the bone. This could alter your sinuses as well. I would not recommend this procedure for you.
