Facial Shape and Bone Structure?

I am wondering mostly out of curiosity, what cosmetic surgery can change in regards to face shape, bone structure, proportions and overall how drastic of an appearance change can be made? In other words with combining different kinds of facial implants and bone reductions (such as chin reduction, jaw angle reduction, brow bone reduction etc) as well as rhinoplasty and other structural yet cosmetic procedures how significantly can you change a persons overall appearance and facial structure?

Changing facial shape is without limitations considering the various implants and procedures available.  The real question is would any of these procedures be appropriate.

In general, you have to work with the tissue that was given to you.  Certain things in the soft tissue and skeletal fram can be manipulated to some extent.
