I am wondering mostly out of curiosity, what cosmetic surgery can change in regards to face shape, bone structure, proportions and overall how drastic of an appearance change can be made? In other words with combining different kinds of facial implants and bone reductions (such as chin reduction, jaw angle reduction, brow bone reduction etc) as well as rhinoplasty and other structural yet cosmetic procedures how significantly can you change a persons overall appearance and facial structure?
