I had corrugator muscle removed along with upper and lower lids surgery. Why do I have 2 hard knots on my forehead at brow?

Surgery was 3 weeks ago and ever since I have hard knots at my brow like when you hit your head and get an instant [RS bleep]. What is this? Is it swelling? It has not gone down at all. Or is it some other issue?

You can see the scar here, which is completely normal at one week post-op.  The skin in this area is very thin and with time this scar should disappear.  While laser can improve the scars, it is almost never needed in this area.
