Why does one boob look so lopsided when I lay on my back? (photos)

I've had a strap for 7 weeks on my right breast yes it's a little higher then my left but I didn't think it was so bad until I lay down. the right looks totally deformed why is this? Was the implant not put in right? It looks totally lop sided? Does it look like I'm gonna need surgery? Or do I just lack patience ?

From your photo,it appears that your right breast may need some revision work to help it drop more. The inframammary fold of your right breast needs to be brought a little lower to match the left.Ask your PS about options.

Thank you for your question.(Based on your images) If you visited me for a consultation l would advise further surgery. Though you are only early days in your post operative healing your implants would need to drop quite a lot before your nipples would lift to appear centred. When you are lying on your back your breast on the left in the image does not seem to have a proper mammary fold. I would seek the opinion of your surgeon and then the opinion of a very skilled plastic surgeon in your area. Be prepared to wait 3-6 months before you have any further surgery.Good Luck and best wishes.
