Hello, I have had my saline implants since 1993,a few yrs. ago my left breast has encapulated and the right breast lost saline solution. I am 61 yrs. young, have COPD and would like to know if I can safely get them both removed without being asleep? I really need to remove because in the last few days the left breast has a very tender sore spot underneath the breast and has been like bubbly, I've also been feeling some what nausea, tiny headaches and tired.
