Is there a limit to how many CoolSculpting sessions you can do? Go down to having 6 pack abs?

I am in a unique position were I am able to get coolsculpting for free (family member owns a clinic that has coolsculpting) I have done one session and already have had quite good results. I am curious if there is a limit on how many coolsculpting sessions you can have? I plan on doing 3 but may be able to do more if it can give me better results. and can you coolsculpt down to having a 6 pack abs? I currently have a slight dad bod with an athletic body overall

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well.  We often combine Coolsculpting with shock therapy like ZWave, EVIVE, and Cellutone to get even faster results, more improvement, and less risk of combinations like nodules, swelling, neuropathy or paradoxical hyperplasia. Coolsculpting often takes a few treatments separated 8 to 12 weeks apart to get significant improvement.   However, to get the most fat removal, contouring, skin tightening and definition, a VASER HI-DEF liposuction / liposculpture procedure with ThermiRF, Renuvion (J-Plasma), InMode BodyTite and fat grafting is your best bet. Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, cool sculpting does not and will not give you a six-pack abdomen. For that, you will need to focus on strength training and exercise. Cool sculpting is reserved for people who have stubborn areas of fat they do not respond to diet or exercise and is not a replacement for weight loss and good eating habits.

Great question! Technically the answer is no. Each CoolSculpting session will remove approximately 20% of the fat in the treated area. However, since there is less fat present following each treatment, when you have the next treatment you are going to get 20% removed from the smaller area. In other words, there will be diminishing returns over time to the point where you will remove such a tiny amount of fat that it will not be worth doing, and there will not even be enough fat to fill the applicator so it will not stay on your body for the full treatment time.
