Is there a limit to how many CoolSculpting sessions you can do? Go down to having 6 pack abs?

If you have small problem areas you can use non invasive methods like Coolsculpting with Vanquish or trusculpt iD to get small areas of fat reduced. Skin also tightens if you combine this with Exilis Ultra, Venus Legacy, and Inmode Forma/Contoura radiofrequency treatments. You boost the results from Coolsculpting if you add in Kybella injections to melt fat as well. Hello and thank you for your question. Unfortunately, cool sculpting does not and will not give you a six-pack abdomen. For that, you will need to focus on strength training and exercise. Cool sculpting is reserved for people who have stubborn areas of fat they do not respond to diet or exercise and is not a replacement for weight loss and good eating habits.

Great question! Technically the answer is no. Each CoolSculpting session will remove approximately 20% of the fat in the treated area. However, since there is less fat present following each treatment, when you have the next treatment you are going to get 20% removed from the smaller area. In other words, there will be diminishing returns over time to the point where you will remove such a tiny amount of fat that it will not be worth doing, and there will not even be enough fat to fill the applicator so it will not stay on your body for the full treatment time.
