What reconstruction surgery can I do tried carboxi, mesotherapy, laser Lipo, wood therapy - everything noninvasive.

I don't know what 'carboxi' or 'wood' therapy are, but mesotherapy and laser liposuction are invasive and can cause their own contour defects, and your photos indicate the type of irregularities seen with those modalities. Going to a revision liposuction specialist who uses non-device oriented techniques (#SAFElipo, Simeon Wall, Jr., M.D.) may improve your issues.

First question:
Did you have liposuction of the front of your belly prior to your abdominoplasty?
The scar tissue you have is quite extensive.  You might require another very conservative liposuction with a lot of feathering ( passing the cannula back and forth without the suction on) to break up the fat and scar tissue.
