Okay, so I got my otoplasty back in February about 6 months ago and noticed both of my ears were developing a deformity of telephone ear, (One much more than the other.) I was told the effects would go away after the swelling went down and my ear bent into in final shape and I'm going to assume after 6 months it is. Any thoughts on how it looks? I also think one ear appears to be much longer than the other which may just be natural.

Judging from these pictures, there appears to be some assymetry, but it is very early after your procedure. We don't know if cartilage was resected or sutures were used to deproject your ears. At any rate, this also can be related to the dressing compression. I would definetly...
