I'm asian and had many lasers past 6 years. Fraxel, Alex Trivantage, Picosure . Nothing worked but it got worse. recently I went for consultation to 2 different dermatologists . One doctor told me that laser is not good for asian skin and recommends me cosmelan peels. The other one ( medical spa nurse) suggests to do coolpeel laser. which procedure should I do ? Is coolpeel laser safe for asian skin or should I just go ahead with cosmelan peel? Please help.
