I am getting a cool peel combined with microneedling and exosomes this Thursday. Would it be safe to get prp injections 5 days later or should I wait?

Thank you for your question! After a CoolPeel laser combined with microneedling and exosomes, your skin will need a little time to recover. Generally, most patients can safely receive PRP injections about 1–2 weeks after the procedure, depending on how your skin is healing.
Five days may be on the early side, as your skin may still be inflamed or sensitive, which could increase the risk of irritation or suboptimal results from PRP. It’s important to allow the microscopic channels created by the laser and microneedling to calm down so the PRP can work most effectively.
Monitor your skin over the next few days. If redness, swelling, or sensitivity persists, it’s best to wait a bit longer. Once your skin feels back to baseline, PRP can be safely administered.
The key is balancing optimal healing with maximizing results, so giving yourself a full week to 10 days is usually safest.
