Does Bellafill work for exercise enthusiasts?

I am considering bellafill but wanted to know how being extremely active will play into the longevity of the product. I've done juvederm before and it appeared to be gone before I know it. So does bellafill work for exercise enthusiasts? Thanks in advance!
