Does heat affect results of Xeomin?

Warm compresses to your eyes will not impact the results of your #Xeomin treatment. Assuming that you received a proper correction treatment, every patient is different and some respond better with other neuromodulator treatments such as #Botox and #Dysport. When I provide injection treatments for my patients I first consult with them by listening to what the patient is hoping for in terms of appearance, final result, budget, etc., and then I make my professional recommendation on how best to deliver results that the he/she will be pleased with. Sometimes injectors will start conservatively and then add more product as needed, but this should have been clearly communicated and mutually agreed upon should it be the case in your situation. I would follow up with your injector and express your concern about lack of long-term results.

The warm compresses should not affect the metabolism of Xeomin. People metabolize neuromodulators differently. Thank you for your question.

Environmental conditions should have no effect on Xeomin or dermal filler products. Generally for the first 48 hours it is advised to restrict usage of sauna, steam rooms and Jacuzzi for the sole purpose of swelling and bruising that may occur with prolonged heat exposure and healing of injected areas. Just like outside temperature or humidity won't affect your results, neither will sunlight and exercise. I hope this information is helpful.

This really should have had no effect on the lasting effect of Xeomin. Xeomin is absolutely the same as Botox and you need to be sure you are seeing a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon with experience in cosmetic injections
