Is it possible to have the the 2 things done at once and can the reduction be done through the arm pits with the reduction? Thank you

Yes this is possible although I would question why you need the lymph nodes removed. I would make sure that you have a correct diagnosis in relation to your lymph nodes prior to consider treating the lymph nodes and considering a breast reduction.
