You have great teeth and great smile esthestics (the way your lips, gums and teeth align together).  The position of your teeth could be much better, not just in the front, but the back as well.  I will take treatment that is set up and directed by an orthodontist to bring all of these elements to their full potential.  Getting your teeth straight is actually a contractual obligation of the company that provided your aligner and the dentist that approve the case.  Your result does not meet the standard of care and should be reported to your state dental board.  The state board exists to prevent consumers from being taken advantage of by dentists and companies like the one you paid the money to.  It may take some time, but you should ask for all of your money back and some extra for your wasted time.  Then go to an orthodontist and get the smile you deserve.

This is very typical with any orthodontic treatment--it is called refinement and requires a bit more orthodontic therapy--With Invisalign and doctor directed ortho this is part of why their fees are higher to cover the extra time and costs--Not sure where you started but your results are still very nice but to get more alignment you would need more treatment--
