It is uncommon for a 24 year old to develop marionette lines.  For these reasons, we need to analyze your facial structure to understand while you developed these lines at this young age.  From the single picture you posted, I can tell you have weak bone structure in the chin area.  This lack of support in this region can predispose a person for early development of marionette lines.  I would consider this a main cause of your issues.You can treat this area in a couple of ways:1)  You can place filler in the marionette lines to temporary improve the region.  Any filler will work well in the region including Restylane, Perlane or Juvederm.  I would not use Sculptra in this area.2)  You can place addition filler into the chin region.  If using a non-surgical approach, this would likely produce the best result3)  Augment the bone with a chin implant.  This would provide the long lasting foundation for the corners of the mouth that would help with the marionette lines.  This would help improve your facial balance and likely provide the best results.  I hope this helps.  

Marionette lines are seen along the lip commissure region down on each side of the chin. Often filler material is best to be placed here if there is an obvious depression.
