Dear Independent785611,I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.Daniel Barrett, MDCertified, American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Plastic SurgeryMember, American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery
Thank you for your photos. There is a limit to the amount of skin tightening that can be achieved with just VASER liposuction. If you have enough skin that it is folding on itself after liposuction, you will most likely be best served with a tummy tuck but this is determined during a physical examination in the office. Hope this helps!Johnson C. Lee, MDBoard-Certified Plastic Surgeon

Removal of large amount of fat can cause some skin laxity including weight loss.Unfortunately we can’t really give you a good assessment without seeing standard before and after pictures. It depends what the cause of the lumps was and what they feel like now on examination. Most often, this is something that can be smoothed out by ultrasound-assisted liposuction to break up any irregularities.
