Is it safe to do micro needling on your face before or after having laser hair removal done on your chin, lip, and eyebrow area?

I have a few questions regarding micro needling, specifically micro needling with prp. First, does this treatment help reduce pore size, or at least the appearance of pores? Second, is it safe to do laser hair removal (chin, lip, eyebrow area) before or after having micro needling done? And lastly, is it possible to test a small area of your skin to see how your skin responds to this treatment before going through with your entire face?
