Why did my forehead scar get worse after transplant? How to get rid of it? (Photo)

I had a forehead reduction 2 years ago and was left with an ugly white scar. I had a hair transplant 6 months ago and some hair is growing. However, now my forehead scar is raised and thick. It feels hard and lumpy and is very visible. Is there anything I can do to flatten the scar?? I feel like I’m just hot with never ending issues :(
