1. I don't like that my nostrils are exposed. They are also uneven. I noticed this when someone takes a picture of me with the back camera. Even in selfies you can still see nostril over show but I have more control over my angle to hide it the nostril exposure. 2. I think that my side profile looks too lifted/upturned. Some days I love my nose and other days I dislike it. Not sure if I'm overthinking it or if I'm a good candidate for a rhino revision. TIA!

What you are referring to is a hanging columella, created by a prominent nasal spine. A closed rhinoplasty approach can accomplish trimming back the excess skin and cartilage creating the hanging columella in addition to trimming back the nasal spine and shaving down the projection of your nose.
