Is HIFU safe on breasts & will it be effective?

I have seen HIFU treatment advertised as a non-surgical breast lift, targeting the breast tissue/skin. I can't find any information online on whether this treatment is safe, but I have read that one should be careful with Ultherapy directly on breasts. Is HIFU safer? Will it be effective?
