Hi, I'm a 30y trans man who's been hearing "you have child-birthing hips!" since the age of about 12-13, when I was scrawny enough that teachers were checking to make sure I was fed at home (I was, ftr). Fat removal and targeted muscle building can only do so much when the problem is your pelvic bone being (as a friend eloquently phrased it) "designed to push out some triplets." Is there any hope of narrowing the structure and finally getting more manly hips?
