3 weeks post op Brazilian Butt Lift, I have a decent sized knot in the left cheek, no discoloration or bruising. Any suggestion?

I am 3 weeks post op from a bbl, I had 2 knots one in each check the right seemed to dissolve a bit after massage but the left is taking some time And it's warm to the touch any ideas

Fat transfer to the hips may be reasonable.  I would search for the board certified plastic surgeon who you feel is most likely to give you the best results and who performs hundreds of these procedures each year. I would look at patient reviews as well as before and after photos on that...
